What you will be doing

As a Technical Asset Coordinator and Onsite Support Specialist, you will be tracking and managing client assets (hardware/software) to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.  You will also be working directly with clients face-to-face completing hardware upgrades or resolving issues that require onsite support.  This will include onboarding new employees and ensuring they have all the technology required on their start date.  You will work closely with our centralized Helpdesk team to receive requests, manage appointments, and plan and prepare hardware upgrades as required.  We will need you to: 

  • Organize, track, and prioritize workload to exceed client expectations
  • Manage, track, and report on hardware and software assets for clients
  • Develop and enhance asset management processes
  • Maintain Imaging Lab and plan hardware deployments
  • Prepare, deploy and install hardware on site for clients
  • Capture, track, and manage technical upgrade requests effectively and document in ticketing system
  • Follow procedural documentation to setup and provision a variety of different technologies
  • Provide onsite technical support as required from the centralized Helpdesk team for issues that cannot be resolved remotely
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows OS, Android/iOS Devices, and other network/infrastructure components based on interest, skill, and availability

  • Education and experience demonstrates a track record of success (Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred)
  • Technical skills within the following but not limited to:
    • Windows OS
    • Workstation imaging and prep for deployments
    • iOS and Android Mobile Devices Support
    • Laptop and Desktop Hardware troubleshooting
    • Email setup
    • Printer installation and troubleshooting
